Never called back to follow up with insurance a month pass by already. The worst part was the “fantasy” cleaning, the tech never do anything in my mouth. Only xray, the lady took like 1,000 X-ray’s. Is the worst service ever. Buy a filling on Amazon y better option.

I had a wonderful experience at Brightworks Buckhead. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Keya Patel took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and provide thoughtful, personalized care. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how attentive and compassionate she was throughout my visit. The office is organized, efficient, and creates a positive environment for patients. WORST dental company ever - i hardly leave reviews but yall must know to STAY AWAY - brother had an wisdom tooth appt scheduled and after waiting 3 hours, (11:30 appt) they said the dentist went over time. we asked them to please see us as he took off a week of work and was preparing for this for a while. they scheduled us next day in a different office over 1.5 hours away and AGAIN we waited 2 hours - thankfully he was seen but 3 others there were also waiting and got told the dentist went over time ( one lady waited 5 hours with no updates and just left)

Coming in was such a pleasant experience from being greeted by the receptionist to getting my exam done to discussing pricing. Tarence calm and laid back demeanor was greatly appreciated as he guided me through my visit. All the ladies were kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. When it comes to pricing they’re very affordable and they have a payment plan option. Look no further Aspen Dental is the place to go

Went in to get replacement bottom dentures. Terrance was very prompt and got me moving quite quickly. He has a lovely disposition. The lab girl, I forgot her name, was really nice and professional. They all gave me a run down on what to expect and then followed through. The manager went through my charges and everything was transparent. It was a good visit and I should have new dentures within a couple weeks.
